  Been with valley community Credit union StevensPoint for 20+ years. I’ve had home loans, vehicle loans and toy (boat, camper, etc.) loans. Always quick, easy, and professional service, with a personal touch. Always a pleasure dealing with the credit union. Nice to have loans local. I’ve dealt with mike fox and it’s always a simple phone call telling him what I need and there’s always been a quick turn around getting the loan and decent rates. Very very satisfied.

  Valley Communities Credit Union has been hassle free for me! I've taken out several power sports loans and a vehicle loan through them. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I've worked with several other credit unions in the area and keep coming back here because of the A+ service I get. I highly recommend them! Thank you Mike and all the staff for the continued excellent service!

  I have been a member of Valley Communities for years now and they always do a great job! Whitney of the loan department is especially helpful and will work with you to make sure your completely satisfied with your financial decisions! She showed a lot of enthusiasm and helped me through every step of the loan process on multiple occasions. 12/10 recommend her for your loan needs and any financial questions!

  Joined Valley Communities Credit Union out of convenience years ago. The credit union I had been part of decided to close their Plover location. Valley was practically across the street from my workplace in Stevens Point so I gave them a shot. I have had great experiences thus far from the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always has a smile their faces and are willing to go the extra mile to help anyone with their financial needs. I'll say this, I no longer work "across the street", haven't for 2 years now, but I don't look elsewhere for my financial needs. Keep up the good work !

  We have all our accounts here: checking, savings, business and vehicle loan. Mike, Ashley, Susan and Nancy have always been so helpful and saved us lots of money with our car loans. They've always been so helpful even though I bother them every other day for a notary 😉. I have recommended this branch to my family, friends and general public.

  I have been a member at Valley for 6 years and when I walk in I am treated like a friend not a customer! Mike, Nancy, Kyle, Ashley and Chong are all smiling faces when I walk in and listen to my tales of Woe! Lol! Customer service is Awesome! Best Credit Union in Town!

  Whitney was great to work with! I worked w her in taking out a loan for a new vehicle. Her day ended at 430 and so did mine. She stayed late just to make sure i could come sign and go pick up my vehicle that night! 12/10 recommend her! Amazing customer service and so easy to get ahold of and work with !

  My wife and I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, we dealt with Whitney from the Stevens Point branch. Whitney was very pleasant, very thorough, and very quick in expediting the loan process.
