  VCCU was there to help me with a home loan when I left my bank and became a member in the early 1980's. They continue to this day with great service. My recent RV loan was a great experience. Becky was very efficient and helpful. The entire process was quick and effortless on my part. VCCU continues to provide the customer service you can only get from a Credit Union.

  We have had a lot of experience with VCCU, but we never needed them quite like we did this summer. Connie and the team at Mosinee worked really hard to assist us with funding after our travel trailer, which we were staying in for the summer, was totaled by a tree. We had a replacement in less than 4 days! Then while planning our household cross country move, we realized we might need a financial buffer (just in case) and they came through for us again! Great communication also. We are very happy with VCCU. Lifetime members! Can't thank them enough.

  It is nice to have a Credit Union within 20 minutes of where we live. It is our nearest "bank." We live out by Lake DuBay. The staff is always friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind. We appreciate not having to drive to Wausau or Stevens Point or Marshfield for a financial institution. Plus, there is no monthly fee. When I check my account on line, it is instantaneous. My husband, Mark, feels the same way.

  I was new to the area and wanted a local bank, so I found one that was central to all my husband’s work locations. Upon trying to do any online banking or banking with the app, I immediately regretted my decision. This bank is so far behind when it comes to technology. When I questioned the staff about their banking policies, I was treated very unprofessionally and rudely. Before you sign up be aware that there are many better options out there, banks that have brought their practices, policies, and banking tools into the modern era for the benefit of their customers. Unless you like banking like it’s still 2005 and being spoken down to, then have at it!
