  This is Gloria where in Duncanville Texas the company it came out yesterday and fixed our heat and air did a great job cleaned everything up after they were done did it in a reasonable amount of time I would always use them if I had to I we really appreciate what day did I would recommend them to anybody. They did a great job and we thank them so much.

  Very poor finance company ! They asked for copies of my closing docs for my mortgage even thou my credit score is mid 700s then ask for tax statements from my country tax appraisal district, and ran my credit without my permission ! All they do is bring your credit score down and make excuses ! They can’t seem to understand simple communications ! And they waste peoples time and money!

  BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Some of us don’t have a choice getting things financed thru companies like these. I don’t understand why they had this company financed my house filter, If I have to give -0 STARS I would......... The promotion supposed to be 0 financed but found out after that they were charging me high interest, now that I decided to pay it OFF with a regular credit card with a 0 interest for 18 months balance transfers with my bank this COMPANY won’t allowed taking CC payments which is BS. So please don’t do BUSINESS with this company they’re more companies that they can financed and they will take any kinds of payments. They want to charge more money on top of what they already taken. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! 😡🥺

  Thank you for sharing your concerns. We did review the financing documents and the recorded call we made prior to funding and both disclose the financing terms/APR as required. Regarding credit card payments, we have procedures in place surrounding credit cards in compliance with regulations that govern our industry.   I would highly recommend you avoid a loan through foundation finance company. I’ve been paying on a $14,000 loan on some windows since 2017 and I still owe $11,000. I’ve checked to see why out of $190 which is twice the amount of the payment is the balance still so high and discovered the interest is $90 per month. Yes my interest is $2.99 per day. If you around that off to three dollars times 30 days you’ll be paying $90 a month in interest. I’ve had a lot of loans in my time and I will honestly say this is the worst loan I have ever had. I recommend you avoid it if you can.

  OUTRAGE!! I would give Foundation Finance NO stars!! I just called the Customer Service Number and was aghast to hear, "For English, press 2." I asked the CSR how Option 1 was designated, and was advised "Spanish." I asked why, this is America and English is the language of the land. I received the reply, "We have a lot of Spanish customers." WHAT?!?! I asked if I could pay in pesos, and was told "No, we only accept American currency." WHAT?!?!? I asked if she was working on American soil and she responded "Yes." So, Foundation Finance is working on American soil, protected by the U.S. government, only accepts American currency, but English is Option? I am astounded at the disrespect Foundation Finance is showing this great Country. Foundation Finance is a business unfriendly and disloyal to the American people and usurpers of the American benefits and privileges they enjoy by having commerce in this Great Land.

  The constantly call me to pay my bill be yet I can not make payments online. I have tried to make payments online for over 6 months as I do all my other bills but their website is terrible. It gives error codes for months and months. First the excuse was they upgraded their system but thats a lie because when I first got the loan I had no problem making payment via online. So now they will not receive a payment until I can pay my on bill online as I am accustom to. I haven't had to make phone payments in over 10 years and will end it here. Fix your system and stop calling me. I know I'm late but so is your payment system.

  Foundation Finance is aware of some glitches with the current payment system online (though many customer use it successfully) and is in the process of rolling out an upgrade in the next two weeks. Please watch for that information. However, the ability to pay online is not a requirement for repayment. Foundation provides both a telephone option and sends a monthly billing statement for customers to mail a check. Please contact our Account Servicing team to make arrangements.
