  Great service, great bank! I've been with this bank for years, have never had any issues. Betsy Rossi was wonderful to work with on mortgage needs. The process is super smooth and simple. All explained in detail. Great experience!

  Truly the best lending bank. Cannot say enough positive things about this bank. I have gotten multiple loans from VCB and have been impressed with the service and loan products. I am also a realtor/builder and recommend clients, all whom have had similar experiences. My favorite loan officer is Betsy Rossi, she’s been in the business a long time and knows her stuff. 5 out of 5.

  The folks at Valley Central are the best, small-company-type customer service, but good technology to help make live easier. We've use Valley Central for business checking account, personal checking, savings accounts, short term loans as well as recently financed our home mortgage. You won't be disappointed!

  If you want personal banking and great costumer service this is the bank to go. Never had a problem and they are always willing to help. Staff is friendly, this place is very well managed.

  I have done banking with Valley Central Bank (formerly American Savings Bank) for years. Betsy Rossi and Fred DeBiasi make sure that all of us get the “white glove treatment” with every transaction that happens. Everyone is always smiling, upbeat, positive which reflects on a wonderful work atmosphere! I guess that is why everyone works there so long, and those of us that are patrons bank there so long! Banking doesn’t feel “transactional” at Valley Central; rather, it feels like family! :)

  There is not one unfriendly person in this bank. I would like to say that I have met or talked to everyone that works there, but I haven’t. But everyone that I have talked to has been very nice and helpful.

  I’ve always had good service, cheerful tellers, and very helpful. I was scammed on my phone. Called the bank and they saved me from losing everything in my accounts.
