  I depend on this bank to take care of my money. Right now I have no TRUST or CONFIDENCE that this bank can perform those in a professional manner. There is no taking responsibility for their actions. Or lack there of. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. But it will be the last. If there was an option to give a negative star I would. Update: After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have closed most of my accounts. Their lack of taking responsibility for their mistakes and not even trying to KEEP my business is disheartening. Guess being loyal to the customer is not on their priority list. They lost my business and another bank gained it. So much for being community oriented.

  This bank does a wonderful job of creating community and relationships with their customers. They may not have all the bells and whistles that the titan banks have available but they have a heart for their customers! You are not just an account number at this bank.

  My experience with this bank in the last year has been phenomenal! Like any business there is always room for improvement but they have treated me with respect and have been extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good financial institution with a warm friendly atmosphere.

  Mark Hensley and the team at Valley Bank of Kalispell are THE BEST! Mark works harder than anyone I have ever seen to build real relationships with all his customers and continually looks for ways to refer people to each other to enhance those relationships. He embodies the true spirit of small business and hometown values. Thanks Mark!

  Valley Bank is not just our bank, they have become like family. They know us the minute we walk in the door by name and help us with all our banking needs and more. Best customer service in town!!!! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

  I opened a new account in which they closed the very next day without ordering the debit card. Then after 3 weeks of waiting I call to see why I haven't gotten a debit card and am told my account was closed but not before the lady at the bank could belittle me and be absolutely rude as if she's the bank owner and could care lees. Zero customer service !

  Definetly DID NOT steal all of my money and use it to buy Apple stocks (legally I cannot day that they DID, but I’m guessing you can get the idea)
