  My application was specific to "refinance or personal purchase" and like every other lender, it insisted I sign up for a fee-credit score (whivh required a credit card, LMAO), or noted my application was "accepted" but then did nothing. Calling the number brings me to an obnoxious operator that cuts you off, and keeps ignoring what you are asking for, redirecting you to "turn-in" or "trade-in" a car in order to buy a car from them or a sponsoring dealership, presumably, when you specifically wanted to make a private purchase. They had no idea where my application went, had no record of my application ,and the non-800# brings you to an answering machine with the voice of the same obnoxious voice - scam? can't tell cause nothing adds up - but probably.

It did indeed to one of our refinance lenders, but in general, it takes between 24-48 hours for them to review your application and get in contact with you. We are always here to help.   I applied specifically for a refinance then dozens of auto dealers called and emailed me for auto loan offers . Not sure why they’re calling me since I already have a car. Then I checked my credit report and found out that a hard inquiry was done by a credit acceptance which I later find out it was related to a the same application I applied for refinance. This is a company that use any misleading info to get dealers a lead .

  Scam, if i could rate 0 i would. Dont anwser the phone, nor return phone calls. Maybe they work with people to get a car. But refinancing is a joke. Dont waste your time! Owner responds on here, you cant respond back either.

  i called and i got a recording that kept going over and over again. i dont think anyone works here. when i went on there website they have NO OTHER contact info except for a number that only gives u a recording not a real person..... very shady

  All the 1 star reviews are real, the rest, not sure about. Company is bogus, filed a complaint with the BBB that they never responded to. Go to website and see for yourself. Don't waste your time with Valley Auto Loans !

  CiCi D. I'm sorry for your trouble. Can you tell me when you filed the complaint. We always respond to every message on the website and through the BBB. Positive or negative so I will look into this but find it highly unlikely. If it were the case it would be noted on the BBB's website as "Unanswered" as you stated for all to see.   Was told that I was pre-approved sent me to a dealership come to find out they didn't know who Valley Auto Loans were never heard of them as I was told. No pre-approval and no car. Could have saved myself gas and an hour drive. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

  I'm starting to doubt this is a legitimate company. I applied last week, still haven't heard or received anything from them. I've called them 5 different times and all I got was a voicemail.

  Filed an application over a week ago and still have not been contacted. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Company seems to be a joke as mentioned earlier.

  Teyani, I do see that you applied and there have been a few contact attempts from a credit union to reach you. Unfortunately, looking at the application, without giving too much information publicly, the loan amount to the value of the vehicle you have requested for the refinancing is about 150% which will be hard for any lender to accommodate. I can continue to have the lender try to reach out to you, but I do show notes that there have been several contact attempts. Please let me know what the best method (phone, email, etc.) and time of day for them to try to reach you. We sincerely do want to help you, but we will have certain hurdles to overcome.

  Wasted my gas to go to this location which the business doesn't exist. When I called to see where they moved to they said they had no specific location and does not do auto loans. Everything about this place is fake.

  Garbage company. Tried calling, number goes to different company. Sent messages, no response, no e-mails.
