  I love UW Credit Union! They have always been so friendly, extremely helpful, and make any difficult process easier to understand and get through. I’ve financed everything through them and doubt I’ll ever switch. They have a lot of easy to access branches, free ATMs on site, and a money link service so you can quickly send money to your partners checking account on the mobile app. That being said, the mobile app is very easy to use and I appreciate the quick snapshot of accounts and balances.

  I’ve always had good experiences here. The staff has been helpful and friendly and were very approachable and helpful during our home buying experience. I have been with UWCU for almost 10 years and haven’t considered changing banks in that time.

  Very infrequently use services at a physical UWCU facility, but the times I've needed a replacement card, large number of coins counted, etc., I've found the staff friendly, helpful. Ditto for communications with staff available online, or who answer phone inquiries.

  Staff is always friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Questions promptly answered, problems promptly resolved. I've been pleased to have been using credit unions for decades.

  I love the Eastside branch and employees here. It's been more than 20yrs me and my family have been a customer with Credit Union.. everyone prefer this Eastside branch rather any in Madison. They always welcoming and professional.

  Hands down BEST financial institution. Every time I go here, the employees genuinely care about me and always deliver the best, friendliest service. Going above and beyond seems to be their standard.

  I have done all of my personal banking with UWCU for years. Have several accounts, loans and credit cards with them. Have always kept my accounts filled with plenty of money and never missed a payment on anything. The service was never great, but I rarely needed the branch staff. I started a business recently and have been doing my business banking with another local bank. The fees there got to be a bit much for my liking and I figured I would give my guys at UWCU a shot at it.... Apparently, they don't need money. They told me I would be depositing TOO MUCH money into my accounts and they don't want the hassle. Seriously, a bank that doesn't want you keeping money in your account. I will be moving all of my personal and business dealings to Summit. I suggest you avoid UWCU, but if you must bank with them, the people at the new Northport location seemed much more friendly, just don't expect them to want you keeping money in your account!

  This branch is unable to honor appointments made via the UW Credit Union phone appointment system. Went there for an appointment this afternoon and when they were unable to find our appointment on their system, the branch staff decided to embarrass us in front of all their other customers and imply that we were the ones who made the mistake, and not themselves. After leaving, we called the same number we called to make the appointment, and confirmed that we did have an appointment at that branch, and the person was even kind enough to send us a screenshot of the booked appointment in their system. I've had a pleasant enough experience at other locations, but avoid this particular branch if you can.
