  Very friendly place and great staff! Location is super convenient, being on Capitol square and the office is beautiful with open windows where you can see the square. Everyone was helpful and offered great service, making you feel like a valued member. Also no annual fees for credit cards make uwcu a great choice !

  Major inconsistencies within the lending department. After years of credit building and loan payments I was denied the smallest request I have yet to make. I will be taking my money elsewhere and recommending everyone that I know to do the same.

  Joe was great. He was especially nice and helpful to a friend of mine who is still learning English. Expect the best service around at this location. As a financial institution, UW Credit Union offers competitive products and services. Recommended.

  I stopped in to the bank to update my last name after my wedding and was helped by Christin H. Not only did accomplish what I went in for, but Christin let me know of literally multiple options that fit my current financial situation. The assistance with my banking was wonderful but the conversation was even better. Love this bank.

  When my husband and I opened our joint account here, 7 years ago they were very friendly. I went in the other day to make a somewhat uncommon deposit and they were patient and friendly with me while taking the time to figure out how to do it. I have not had a negative experience here to date.

  I love UWCU mostly because of its Web Branch tools and because of its somewhat forgiving personality. Highly recommended. The main disadvantage for me is I can't get cash from them unless I'm near a UW campus. Good thing grocery stores give cash as a courtesy from the debit card.

  Absolute garbage. I have never worked with such an awful company. Especially one I am trying to give my money to. I would never recommend U.W. Credit Union to anyone.
