  My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Amanda in helping us find our first home for our family. Going into this process, we had so many questions and Amanda always took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel confident and informed in the decisions we were making. We were struggling to decide what part of the valley we wanted to settle down in and she took the time to drive us out on multiple occasions to see homes in different parts of the state until we decided on the area we wanted to live in. She found out the types of homes that would be a good fit for us and arranged time for us to see them. I was very impressed with how organized she was with everything. She always had an agenda for the day that maximized our time with her. She helped keep us on track with what our wishes were for our home and we ended up deciding on a new build. She helped us in finding a builder that we felt best met our needs for what we wanted, and once we decided on a builder, she communicated with them to keep everything on track. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her in finding our new home. Our house is now built and it is everything we wanted and even more. I highly recommend working with Amanda to find your new home. We are forever grateful for what she did to help our family find our dream house. Thank you Amanda!

  Amanda is amazing! She ran across heaven and earth for us and helped us find our first home! She knows the market. She helped us through every step. We are incredibly satisfied working with her. As first time home buyers we had questions about everything and she always knew the answers and then some. Would highly recommend!

  Amanda was amazing to work with as I know I am not that easy. She always came out in very short notice every time we called for a house that we wanted to see.   Amanda is very easy to work with. She's very friendly and listens to what you want. She was able to find me a new home quickly, and negotiated with them fairly. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her. She responds to any questions very quickly. You're never left feeling like she doesn't care. I would recommend Amanda to anybody looking for a quality realtor.

  Amanda was fantastic! We were originally considering Homie and are so glad we decided against it. Amanda sold our house and was able to get us into our next home. There were so many curveballs thrown our way and she handled them with ease! We highly recommend her to all our family and friends!

  Amanda was great! We just bought our first home through her and she made the process really easy. We had some pretty big asks in what we wanted in a home with a limited budget and she was great at finding options that would fit us. she worked with our schedule, she had great communication through out. She also really made sure we understood the process every step of the way. we always knew what the next step was, and the step after that. When complicated things came up, she told us the facts, and remained unbiased while still being willing to go to bat for us, and fight for what we wanted. and it paid off!!!!!!! We moved into our first home, at an amazing price in the location we wanted (and under budget!! whaaaaaaaaaat?!?) and the house meets our needs. in this market that is like a Christmas miracle. with Amanda's help we were able to make a great investment. I could not believe how easy it was (even with a difficult seller) she did all the heavy lifting for us and we could not be more grateful!

  Amanda was awesome! She was honest and was able to sell our home in the time frame needed for over asking price. Amanda always had our best interest at heart, was on top of every step of the process, and was always available by email or phone.

  Amanda is the best! I found a home I was interested in purchasing and she stopped dead in her tracks, drove across town to look at the home with us and stayed late working on the contract!! She listed my home and we had an offer in two days!! Even though I was frustrated with the buyers and their agent at times, Amanda stayed calm and professional explaining the selling process. Would I recommend Amanda? I already have and will do it in again in a second!!

  Amanda made buying my first house painless! All hickups and issues that might have come up she was able to handle with ease.
