  I would score half good half fair but the only thing good I received from them was that they could help us. After 4 to 5 different people and them yanking our chain I'd have to score it poor service. I received no phone calls back. Most the time she wouldn't answer her phone. But after all this I've found a great bank with better rates that stick to there word thank you for giving us the chance to try something better.

  Left after 6 years of business with them. They weren't very truthful. I couldn't see keeping my money there anymore, and it truthfully hurts to leave, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

  This is probably the smallest branch UFCU have but it's cool & different, their high quality and customer service skills doesn't go unnoticed, cheers.

  Other than being extremely hard to find, so so hard to find. I took me at least 20 minutes to find it, but once I did the customer service was very good, no wait, quick service.
