  I 100% recommend Stefania D'Elia as a mortgage officer. This is my first home buying experience, and Stefania made it so easy! I had been talking to several lenders and Stefania's patience with all of my questions and quick responses made it a clear choice to go with her. My house closed so quickly that even my real estate agent and closer were very impressed (and they have been in the business for a while now). If you need a lender, Stefania is the person to go to!

  I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The whole HELOC loan process was so smooth and fast. Special thanks to Grayson for helping me with my loan. He was really nice and easy to work with. They have a great customer support with good knowledge. I really recommend this bank for all your banking needs.

  Got an auto loan with uccu- they were very helpful and the process was smooth until we paid off the loan. It seemed like there was a lack of protocols on their end once the loan was paid off. Despite giving them the car title at their building, I was not given the title back upon paying off the loan, but instead was told I had to go to the dmv to obtain another title, which was extremely inconvenient. Our automatic payments were also not discontinued, resulting in unnecessary payment that we had to work to get reimbursed. They would benefit from examining loan payoff procedures to ensure smooth process from start to finish.

  Lisa R. in the Mortgage department was so kind and responsive throughout the whole home-buying process. I had a lot of questions and she always provided a timely answer. I feel like Lisa genuinely cared about our success and did her best to get us into the best rate and loan type to save us the most money in the end. Good job UCCU!

  The approval was quick over the phone great credit union. It took a little longer to finish the processing at the branch.

  I spoke to a rep who had no idea what she was doing and couldn’t give me my membership #. I gave all of the verification necessary. She had then told me to go to the bank but then I called another service rep, her name was Danica and she was a rockstar! She was able to help me get into my account with no issues!!! I needed help after hours and there was no service available to help. There should be a customer service rep that is available after hours. The 24hr teller phone kept asking for a membership number— which I still don’t have. I was under the impression that my membership ID was the membership number. There should be an after hour live service rep who could help. Even if you guys only had them available for certain hours. For example, 4am- open or 5:30pm to 9. Over all the bank is good but it could be Great! Compared to the other bank account I have with a different bank, the help service available is just ok.

  I have different Bank accounts, and use different Credit Unions. Locations and personal varies but UCCU at Herriman is Excellent. Agents are always very helpful and they will try their best to accomplish what you want. Thanks for your hard work I really appreciate it.

  First of all, I'm so glad we have a UCCU branch around this area. I've been a member since 2003. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I was in and out in very few minutes to open a new account, they made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions and concerns. I didn't feel I was in a financial institution at all, but more like a friendly public place.

  We went to Brooklynne on a Saturday morning for a heck of a lot of tedious work for her to do. She helped us so quickly and she had zero hesitation or angst when we asked for little extra things. All together it took an hour to complete everything we needed and she was an absolute joy to work with and I am so glad we made the decision to switch to UCCU!
