  They sold a gun to a friend with that had no firing pin. Never informed him there wasn’t one. Wouldn’t offer a return, refund, store credit or even a semi-valid solution. The girl answering the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. 0/10 recommend business with them

  I took my 17 year old son here to purchase a used amp for his car. We bought the amp for 129.00 on a Saturday but that was a special cash only sale so we spent a half hour looking for an ATM that worked. They were supposed to test it for us but they had a young guy working and he didn’t test it. On Tuesday we had an appointment to have it professionally installed. They told us the amp was unstable so we purchased a new one. I contacted the pawn shop and asked if we could return the amp for store credit and I was told that because it had been longer than two days they could not help me. To add insult to injury, while explaining they were going to loose a customer over this , he hung up on me!

  Poor customer service! It seems from the other reviews that I am not the only one that feels this way. They have high prices and are all around un professional as someone that has worked in retail sales for over 15 years I have never seen anything quite like it. Beware the owner owns several pawn shops in Greensboro as well that are very similar in how they operate avoid at all costs! National pawn is much nicer!

  Got a few movies from here and none of them worked called back an hour after leaving for a refund and didn't get one he didn't even offer store credit said he showed me the discs and they were in good condition which they were but not one played and I got about 10 I told them they shouldn't be selling movies that don't work and he said oh well we do so I recommend making sure everything works before you buy it or just go to a different pawn shop because they're not worth the hassle

  Bought a couple of small items here - they have a good selection of tools, electronics, music equipment, sports equipment, and movies. Prices are not cheap but they carry good stuff. Some firearms too.

  The staff there is very rude. I called to ask a question and the employee I spoke with was really nasty. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was passive about the situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this establishment. Tried to sell me a used lawnmower for $200.... if I wanted to pay $200 I would go and get a brand new one with a warranty. Customer service sucks. This place doesn’t even deserve one star, however you can’t leave a review unless you select a rating... so I selected the least amount that I could....🤬🤬🤬

  It was a terrible experience I went in to get a new ring I had to take my ring off to try on the new ring and when I wanted to try a second ring he put the first ring back and tried to accuse me of taking my own wedding band I explained to him sir this is not your ring this is my ring he proceeded to argue with me then when I showed proof that it was my wedding ring by pulling a picture up the man closed the jewelry counter and told us to leave

  They were wonderful! I stopped by one of their stores in Greensboro because I was looking for a specific clarinet which they didn't have and they took their trouble to call around their other locations and luckily they happened to have one in Burlington. I would've just spent an extra $75.00 for shipping and handling on eBay but I figured I give this place a try and sure enough they had what I wanted in slightly fair condition. Due to the condition, I haggled with them and they gave me a considerably good deal appose to buying one on eBay without being able to physically see the condition before purchase. Thanks Bobby!
