  Hands Down the best experience I’ve had. Making the decision to refinance my home was something I had been stewing on. Adrian and Christina were on top of it from the beginning. They pretty much did everything for me. Walked me through things I had no clue how to even do. The best interest rate you can possibly imagine and customer service that was out of this world. 10 out of 10 stars for these girls. If you’re looking to buy a home or refinance, feel free to ask me about my experience. You won’t go anywhere else. Thanks Christina and Adrian for all your work and help.

  First off- I’m not “Skyler Guevara” I’m just using my son’s Google account because I can’t log out of it. Anyway, my Name is Erica. USA Mortgage-The Ozarks Branch is amazing. They have the nicest lenders. Christina Parrott is just awesome. She helped us get our forever home. She worked all hours trying to help figure out what we needed to get all our documents and debts in-line so that we would get cleared for closing. She was available 24/7 to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. Christina is a very hard worker and makes clients feel comfortable. If I ever need another loan, we are definitely sticking with USA- Mortgage the Ozark Branch. We would even recommend her to people we don’t like—that’s how awesome she is! The wine is definitely a plus!

  We used this team for our recent home purchase, & I cannot say enough good things about them! This was a wonderful experience and we are so thankful to have had such a great team. Christina & Zach were both AMAZIINNGG!!!!!! They were so great at communicating with us and letting us know what they needed from us. When we were stressing they were so great at talking us down and explaining the process to us. Christina made multiple personal calls to me to walk me through the process and ease my anxieties, and Zach was very helpful in getting all our documents and walking us through what each meant. We’re so thankful for this team, & will always remember how great they were to us! 10/10 recommend!

  My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with Adrian. I really can’t say enough good things about her she is amazing. She worked extremely hard to help us buy our house.   We had the pleasure of having Adrian for our loan officer. I've done this a few times and this is hands down the best company I've had through a home buying process. They are quick to answer questions and just as quick to make sure they are in communication with you when they need something. If you are looking, stop, use these guys and hopefully you're lucky enough to get Adrian.

  This was our first time buying a home and it over all went really well. Everything went really smooth and in a timely fashion. We had a hiccup at the end of the loan process (no fault of the mortgage agents) and Adrian worked hard and consistently to help us get past the hiccup and close on time!!!! My husband and I are extremely impressed and satisfied with the hard work and dedication Adrian and the other agents put into our home buying process!!!!!
