  I am a first time buyer, so not a simple case, as I also am a commission paid person. I was given Kelsey's name to call to apply for a house I want in Paragould and I thought it would be an awesome experience since they are local and I would get more communication. Well the opposite is true, sadly. I have to call to get updates, I've text and now 4 days later, still don't have answers or a response. I understand that they are working multiple deals at one time, I just really wanted to have a more positive experience and more direction as well as communication. Maybe since I am not an easy approval on a mortgage I'm being put to the back of the list. I applied for a mortgage over 30 days ago now and still don't even know if I can get one, all I know is one I don't qualify for and one they can average 1 years income for. I understand sometimes you don't get a house in 30 days, some cases take longer but shouldn't I get more communication?? She is super nice and sweet when I do speak to her, which has only been 3 times, in over 30 days!!!! Really disappointed and I guess I should have picked Ally to do this process for me since I bought a vehicle there and got a super low rate, they have checked in with me not even pulling my credit or starting the process more than this company has!!

  Charitti was patient and super helpful with answering all of my questions, I had no doubts or misconceptions during the entire home buying process. Because Charitti is so thorough in her work she managed to save me several thousand on my closing costs!

  Worked hard and walked us through the whole process. Great place to use. and if you need Help ask for Charitti Sullinger 10/10 because 5 stars isn't good enough.

  Charitti was very attentive and willing to answer all my questions. As a first time home buyer. The process was made very easy for me, and my family. Not the norm, I dont think, but it took no time once the process started. Just wonderful.

  I was referred to Charriti Sullinger at USA Mortgage by my dear friend and realtor Jamie Cook to get the house buying process started. Charriti collected much of my information to see what she could get me pre-approved for. The first time I spoke with her was September of last year. She told me there were a couple things on my credit I needed to get off to bring my score up before we could do this. So between September of last year till April of this year I did just that I worked on my credit score and called Charriti once more. From there she ran my credit again and this time it was were it needed to be so we started this Journey. We had a couple problems arise during this process but Charitti always had an awesome to the problem or a way to fix it. If I had a question after office hours she was still there to answer them no matter the time of day. She never gave up when a problem came up she worked to help me find a solution and that helped to keep me positive. She was very friendly and caring. I felt like I had known her for years. Thank you Charriti Sullinger for all that you done to help me get my happy ending, my awsome new home.
