  I have used Crystal Cobb personally and I refer her to all of my clients looking to purchase real estate. I deal with many lenders daily and hands down, Crystal is at the top of my list. She is very detailed and is exceptional at her job. When she tells me someone is approved and gives me a closing date, I have no concern that it won't happen. She goes above and beyond to close a deal in a timely manner. It is not uncommon for her to be working at 10pm or 6am and even weekends. When she has a job to do, she gets it done! I am beyond thrilled when a client tells me Crystal Cobb is their lender because I know they have chosen the best!

  USA Mortgage, Crystal and team went above and beyond to help us close in 2 weeks on a home when our first lender dropped us due to an error on their end. Which worked to our benefit because everyone at USA Mortgage treated us like family and we felt as if we weren't just a number to them. We currently live overseas with the military and Crystal even downloaded a texting app since I can't receive phone calls or SMS from the US! Her expert advise was spot on and all the hard work her and her whole team did for us does not go unnoticed!! We are so grateful for everything (even the weekends) they all did for us to close on our dream property! 1000% recommend!!!
