  The ladies: 1. Always greet customers coming in the door. 2. Do everything they can to assist with transactions, give or obtain answers to questions, help with banking problems. 3. Dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate, business-like manner. 4. Provide friendly, courteous customer service. The bank has an open lobby, ready to address and assist with all business transactions and has sufficient staff to do so. The bank offers consumer friendly hours of business. I recently closed a checking account I had had with another bank for 48 years and moved it to Southern Bank because of the above statements. I have had another account with Southern for approximately 44 years with no issues.

  I have been a customer of Southern Bank for over 15 years now and would recommend them to anyone for banking needs! All employees are always so helpful and polite! My favorite branch is Westwood branch in Poplar Bluff. Penny is always ready to assist me and brightens my day every time!

  This crew is the best and they are awesome. The other day I was in there and they were just cutting up and having a good time at their job. Nyia, Morgan, Sydney, and Penny are amazing and very helpful. I enjoy every visit I make to this branch.

  I go out of my way to visit the Westwood branch just because of the rockstar staff! I feel so welcome there every single time. Flawless customer service and never had a single mistake.

  Had to get new debit card. They were busy but they made people feel noticed. So UT wasn't so bad to wait. The ladies were friendly, helpful and efficient 😊
