  My insurance agent uses this company for their financing. I always pay the whole amount of the policy, but I decided to finance the last renewal. The property was under contract to be sold, and I did not want to deal with a refund after the sale. It was a big mistake, they continued to charge monthly payments after cancellation. I was waiting for clarification before sending the payment, and they called several times a day and sent several emails demanding payment. Even after the insurance company clarified and the check was mailed. They are more like gangsters.

  STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I HAD NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE AND LIES EVER SINCE I SIGNED UP WITH THEM TALK TO A SUPERVISOR bob TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS DRUNK AT HOME THREATENING ME WITH ALL THIS ACTIONS ..VERY BAS CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I went in circles with this company to set up an automatic payment. Either they or the agent could never get the information correct and I continually was charged fees for late payment. I was underwhelmed with the customer service for sure.
