  If I could give 0 stars I would, Worst experience ever. The workers, especially the loan office, are the absolute WORST. My fiancé is a second time home buyer and never Experienced this. We had problems after buying the house due to this mortgage companies mistakes. They told my fiancé he had to pay off his student loans in order to buy the house, days before closing. Which turned out to be false from further investigation from my husband. The workers who never answered the phones, nor wanted to address the concerns we had. We are currently still having problems with our house and the mortgage a year after purchasing. Please do not use this terrible company!

  I used this company in 2019, no problem. I used their services again this year and have nothing good to say. They are supposed to help you find the best lending program and work with you to facilitate the process. Watch out, all they do is work out the best lending program for them to be the lender and profit themselves by selling the loan as you finish signing the closing papers. The appraisal company they hired sub-contracted someone else and that someone else sent someone else who knew nothing about appraisals. I voiced my concern but US mortgage did nothing about it. The day before the loan was supposed to close, US Mortgage Corp. underwriter requested another appraisal because he/she felt the first one was insufficient, The second appraisal was ok but US Mortgage used the first one. At the end, US Mortgage Corp, the company I paid to help find the best lending program for me ended up being the lender and sold the loan with in days if not the same day it was closed. Something not right going on there. 👎

  I would like to thank US Mortgage Corporation for Tracy Morrison and her assistant Brittany Green-Elkourie. We just closed on our new home and it couldn’t have happened without Tracy and her expertise. I have NEVER met a Loan Officer who knew every detail about the lending business. Not only that, she was available to contact any time of day or night. If anyone knows, buying a home can be very stressful. And, I did not look forward to all of the paperwork and aggravation that came along with buying my new home - even though I loved it so much. However, Tracy kept me calm throughout the entire process. In times of worry or doubt, I could call her after hours and she would take the time to answer my questions. She also solved every problem and went above and beyond to do tasks that weren’t even in her job description. Let’s just say, she put my Realtor to shame. Now here’s the extraordinary feat. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to close on a home. Tracy and Brittany worked around the clock and we were able to Close in 9 days! Yes, 9 days! Who does that? Tracy and Brittany. As military retirees, we have moved a lot. So when I say that Tracy is amazing and is the BEST in the banking industry, my experience with moving around the world has led me to that decision. This is the second home we’ve purchased with Tracy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her. Again, I would like to thank US Mortgage for Tracy and Brittany. Today, I sit in my dream home overlooking the Golf Course and I couldn’t be any happier. You ladies rock! R/ Lisa

  They Are the Worst. No customer service, i call cooperate office no reply, email on respond. They have agents that don't care for customer's only their bonus. My real estate agent schedule to close December 14, i was notify November 23. The closing was moved December 18 then December 21 then 23rd. I got notify a day before TBD... What kind of employee does this company have. Please Anyone Reading, don't do business with them. Worst Christmas Ever.....

  Alison Eloquin is simply the best always available to answer my questions any time of the day and she went above and beyond to guide me every step of the way. It’s been a long process and she’s been there every step of the way . Finally closed on my Home! Thank you Alison .

  I applied a 2 months ago. Still no response about my loan application. Update...I did receive a follow up after my initial review. They were swift in correcting the situation . I wasn't too please with the outcome but I appreciated the response.
