  I have been a member of the US Community CU for over 37 years back when it was called the US Federal Courthouse Credit Union. I have always received the best of service from all the people there especially Pam Jones. She has assisted me for the last 10 years on specific issues that were very technical in nature concerning Roth IRAs. She has always help resolve any issues in a very professional and friendly manner. She is highly dedicated to her job and very detailed in making sure everything is completed correctly and done timely. She is a valuable asset and as long as she and others like her are serving the members the Credit Union will always be successful.

  Hello, I will like to say that this bank is the best. The customer service is great. They are very helpful and they will do anything to help you if you every have a problem they will do there best to help. I have be a member of this bank for 2 years and never had a problem. So if you don’t have a account be done on down to credit union on Broadway in the Ferderal Building and ask for Ms. Pam she will be very happy to help you. Your the best. I’ll never leave this bank. We are a team for life. Thanks Elisha

  Pam Jones has been my Angel. Any problems I had with my account Pan was able to assist me. If she gone for more than a day. I trying to ensure she OK. Pan is a asset To USCC.

  Called to set up a business account, and ask to speak with a representative who could give me additional information. The lady with whom I spoke informed me that, rather than transferring me, I should go to go to the website. I called for ADDITIONAL information. 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Next bank.

  Worst customer service of ALL TIME!!! Just closed my account because of the extreme rudeness and lack of anything remotely coming close to customer service. The worst of all is Wendy. She should be fired. I’m appalled.

  No customer parking at this location. After I drove around for 10 or so minutes looking for a spot I called the customer service number and the rep confirmed there is no usccu customer parking.

  Jaclynn, you are correct, we do not have a USCCU member parking lot at this branch. However, our Downtown Nashville (Hermitage Ave) Branch is only a mile away from this branch and has plenty of parking and a Drive-Thru.

  Hard to find not sure if its under construction

  Jason, While most of Downtown Nashville is under construction, our Federal Building Branch is not. Just enter the Federal Building at 801 Broadway and ask the security guards to help you find the credit union. We don't have public parking at this branch, so if you need to park your car, please visit our Downtown Nashville Branch located just a mile down the road at 89 Hermitage Ave. (down 1st Avenue).
