  The staff is beyond helpful. Dealing with Upward credit union is like dealing with family. They treat us members with respect and always look out for us. They also have very good rates. I'm happy to be a member of Upward Credit union .

  I was referred to Upward Credit Union from my mom and decided to become a member. Nancy helped set up my account and made sure that everything was set. I was trying to get a car loan and Sue was able to help me and was willing to work with me. I could not have done any of this without Sue. She was always willing to answer any of my questions and making this experience easy.

  I have been a member for over 2020 years ( when it was United Health CU). The staff has always been friendly, courtesy and efficient. They make you feel like family. I have just taken out a car loan for the 3rd time with Upward CU. Just like the first 2 loans. It was extremely easy and fast. Thanks to Cathy, Natalie and Linda. I am rolling in my new car. I can only roll back and forth to work because of the current crisis. Looking forward to the day when we are all safe. Then I will be rolling everywhere! Stay Safe!!

  This has been my bank for over 15 years and they have been nothing but good to me. They've helped through some very difficult times. I've been banking with Upward Credit union for about 17 years. They've seen me through new jobs, loss of jobs, needing a vehicle, birth of two children, relapsing in recovery, divorce, child support issues, and so much more. Cathy always took the time to actively listen and sought a solution to my issues. Thank you guys so much for your support for my family throughout the years. You've definitely made life easier for us.

  I joined Upward Credit Union in the fall of last year. I purchased a car and did my loan thru UCU sadly a few day before that happened I tragically lost my 18 year old son Since that Upward Credit union has really extended their concern for my children and I telling me of many things they offer to help me in time of grievance. Even making a call to me just to check on me and helping me stay on top of my financial obligations and sharing new learning tools with me I can truly say Upward Credit Union cares about its members . Thank you I recommend this CU for all .

  If there was a higher rating I would give it. Managing my business with upward credit union was a very positive experience. Even during this time of covid-19, the process was as efficient as it possibly could be. Cathy H was truly amazing and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was very professional and personable. when she was not going to be available for a day or so, she made sure I had another point of contact. During those few days I had a few questions and Natalie answered them almost immediately. I can’t thank them enough for helping me during my time of need. I must say also when I had to go to the office, everyone there was in total compliance with the restrictions and I felt very safe. Very grateful, Sherral C
