  We wanted to build an ADU in our backyard, and Upen was the only one willing to work with us to put together the financing given all of our constraints and issues arising from COVID. He was able to think creatively and come up with a solution that worked while minimizing costs. He also was professional and approached our situation like a teacher and really helped me and my wife understand the ins and outs of the process. He was always responsive and very patient with us even when we were stressing out or unnecessarily scared that the loan wouldn’t close. I give Upen my highest recommendation and look forward to working with him in the future!
