Update: still one of the best personable banks. I have been with Univest for so many years and they continue to be great! Recently had 2 fraud charges from same location in MI, I called souderton office to report it. Then Plumsteadville. Tim, Amy and Steve are all wonderful. Tim noted my account and I met with Amy later in the day. As we were doing paperwork, Steve walked over with my new card! 30 minutes and I was done. Everyone is so friendly. My Only Bank :)

Denied access to the restroom 2 times now at this branch. It's employees only they say... My family has been with Univest back when they were Union National in the early 70's. Sad how things have become
