  Matt Gerdes helped us get set up with a bond required for the Airline Reporting Corporation and the process went quite smoothly, plus I was delighted by how responsive Matt was via phone and email. Would definitely use JW again.

  We have been working with Patsy for several years for now, and we could not ask for better service! Patsy works all the time to help her clients, both in and out of the office. Her response time is unbelievable and she has helped us get bonds under some very tight deadlines that we have presented her with.   Craig Hemler has been absolutely amazing to work with. We have an auto transport brokerage company, and ended up in a dispute with one of our carriers. Oddly, we had paid the carrier in full, yet they still made a claim against our bond. Certainly bad behavior on behalf of the carrier, but ultimately they still have a right to file a claim, even if it’s not accurate info. Craig was able to get in contact with me very quickly and efficiently, request the information that would be necessary to prove that we had paid the transport bill, and move forward with closing out the claim. Where Craig really earned five stars was his ability to work directly between myself and the actual underwriter. The underwriter had sent us requests for information, as well as letters that came across as being rather threatening. The underwriter then failed to return our phone calls. I reached out to Craig and he immediately replied, not only with a solution, but also with confirmation that the situation of been rectified. When searching for any type of a broker, the most important thing is to make sure they are easy to reach and happy to help. Craig proved to be an invaluable asset to our company, and as a result look forward to doing business with JW Bond Consultants moving forward.

  JW Surety was one of the easiest and best choices i have ever made in my life, now that everything is finished. You never know how these things will turn out until it is all said and done, and you only hope it doesn't leave you regretting it in the end.
