      these people are very nice i have a Federal credit union out of state but these people have always been very nice to me would highly recommend this place

      Not a fan of this location, drive thru tellers are rude and not all follow the rules. Inside tellers are truly delightful. Drive thru tellers let me get money out of my account without proof of ID. It is unsettling to know that anyone can clear out my bank account because thr security protocol is not being followed.

      They need 2 learn speak to people..We have a job an when u answer the phone.Its way you pick.No one wants to feel like there bothering someone at there job.Its ur job to assist.Then she wants to hang up without saying bye r have a good day.If ur tellers dont like there job tell them find another.

      The Physics Department at this place is pretty good. Don't take the labs though...some of those TA's have no grasp on reality.

      These people are not even technically savvy enough to run a bank, there is also no real customer service there. Just a bunch of employees getting paycheques

      They close earlier than said. Times up to 20 min early before. Not really cool when you’re running on a tight schedule day.
