Anna Karnaukhov3All in all experience is not so bad why only 3 stars because at the most important time when I really needed a transaction to be done I was denied even though the door to the bank was still open. I ran into the bank on Saturday at 1:01 p.m. Right after a customer walked out I ran in and asked can I please have a transaction done I was one minute late and the doors were open but the young lady that works there said "we are closed I thought the doors were locked" And I'm thinking to myself how are the doors locked if a person walked out a millisecond before me she was obviously lying and I just cannot understand how would they turn down a customer that is one minute late I mean in this situation I assume bank would be at least a bit flexible. I really needed a cashier check done and I was late one minute because of heavy rain. I'm very disappointed. Thinking if I was working at a bank or had a banking business that would be one of the things I would be willing to make my customers happy with.

Jacob Farmer5Every time I have ever went in here for anything I’m greeted with a smile. Anytime I need to make a change to my account both Debbie and Tonya are great, they know how to do their jobs well, and if anyone in the bank says they are going to do something they will make good on that. I had a charge come through that was funny looking and I went to see Debbie, she was on the phone with 4 different people finding the answer, only to find out it was an approved charge it just didn’t have the same name on their system.

Matthew Goeing3Good rates but they have some basic issues from being so small. You can not put a stop on a fraudulent purchase during the weekend. Our card was stolen and while we reported it hours after it occurred because they would not stop payment on weekend it still went through. Ultimately the money was refunded but we had checks bounce as a result. This could have been avoided.
Response from the ownerHi Matthew, thanks so much for your feedback. We have forwarded your comments to our management team on improving our fraud response in the future.

i_inf0din1Worst place to have an auto loan for, get rid of them ASAP. My wife and I refinanced our car through them and we tried to set up auto pay but it did not work aparently as we had to switch bank accounts becuase we moved to a new state. They did not reach out about the missed payment just hit our credit immediately. Then my wife hit a deer and totaled the car. The insurance covered it and paid off loan and a month and a half later they just hit our credit again when we dont even own the car anymore. We are still waiting for gap to get back with them but they are trying to punish us for a missed payment on a car we dont even own anymore. No one can fix or give me a straight answer as to what is happening. they are dragging this out and severely damaging our credit for this car months after we are responsible for the cars payment. Never will I nor anyone I know ever deal with this worthless company ever again. I recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! I would love if someone high up would like to resolve this issue and fix our credit. Until then I will continue giving them the reviews they deserve.
Response from the ownerHi James - we sincerely apologize for the issues you have experienced with your auto loan. We have shared this information with our management team and someone should be in touch with you to help resolve this situation. Again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Jonathan Miller1Their website and business are very outdated. If you have a HELOC with UKFCU, they will not allow payment through an external bank account, which is a pain. Therefore, you cannot simply pay through a EFT, like the rest of typical home bills and a mortgage allow. Also, UKFCU forces you to open a savings account prior to opening a HELOC, which is unnecessary.

Jennifer Bradford5Love this local bank. They know their customers and go over and above to help. Debbie Worley was so friendly and professional! They have a little snack / coffee area and the UK decor is awesome.

S Kd1Takes 90 days after having your account open before you can make a mobile deposit, basically all you can do with the app is check your balance.
