  You can't open a basic buisness account here. Even if you have your federal tax ID and commonwealth of ky corporation documents. They have new regulations and hoops to jump through. Not a bank for the common working man.

  Unfortunately Fifth Third is not a great bank. They are not set up to make anyone's life easy. This branch in particular has really performed below the mark. I have been waiting for two months to settle two issues which other banks can take care of simply, directly, and quickly. I would not recommend Fifth Third Bank, or this branch in particular, to anyone.

  This particular branch has been extraordinarily helpful and supportive in rebranding and relaunching my business; exporting and merging accounts; establishing new investment and banking accounts for my mother; and just about everything banking related under the sun. It has been made easy and painless and the staff is about the friendliest and most knowledgable staff of any Fifth Third branch I have ever used. There is simply no excuse for any other rating other than five stars.

  Fifth third purchased my home loan from my original service provider and increased my escrow shortage. I went in to the bank to seek understanding and the loan officer had no idea how to explain why i received 2 shortage amounts in the same year. He sent me away saying I will call you back and I never heard from him again. That was 2 weeks ago.

  Horrible branch with lazy people. Ask for my I'D for everything. Too lazy to look for account info. Now Know why No one is ever there. I will be switching banks ASAP!
