  Jim O’Kunze and team are exceptional. They came in on short notice to provide a mortgage for me and were extremely customer oriented and goal driven. The process was made very easy by Jim and Shannon and the communication was great. We closed with no issues! Highly recommend this loan officer and agency.

  My husband and I bought our first home and it is our dream home! Our realtor Tim Powell connected us with Jim O'Kunze! Jim is an amazing guy! So intelligent, kind and funny! He is very quick to respond and can answer any questions you have! He made our experience of obtaining a mortgage very smooth!   I just closed yesterday on my refi. Ken Brown at University Lending made the process seamless and got stuff done fast. He thoroughly explained how the process works, the advantages of different options I had to choose from to help me decide, what to expect along the way, and he stayed in contact every step of the way. After getting three refi quotes from Quicken, a credit union, and University Lending we went with University because they had the best overall numbers.
