      Although I was only cashing one of my customers checks the people at the credit union we're very personable gave me directions, talk to a human being instead of a computer when I called. When I walked in the door was greeted and taken care of immediately, with no hassles. Thanks

      I sat for 15 minutes waiting to speak with a someone about a home loan. The bank employee got up walked out of his office and right by me. He didn’t look my direction, acknowledge my existence, and of coarse didn’t say “hello or I will be with you shorty. There was only 1 customer at the counter and no customers in the office this employee came from. Customer NO service.
