  Cory and Jeff were such a blessing during the overwhelming process of first time home buying. Cory treated us like family and walked us through the loan process step by step. Cory and Jeff both worked hard to help my husband and I get into the best situation for our home and financial well being. We appreciated that Corry and Jeff were always honest and direct.   I did refinance twice with these guys. I liked the transparency of the whole process. I felt being taken care of. And what’s most important, if problems arise these guys indeed help solving them, answer calls , text and emails right away.

  I could not have asked for anyone better than Matt Guillozet...he was so kind and patient through this process. Having lost my husband and having to rebuild my credit Matt kept encouraging me and telling me it would be ok. He stayed in touch and walked me through each step of the way. He made me feel that he was as happy my loan went through as I was! There were many roadblocks I felt in getting this to go through but Matt made sure all the information needed was taken care of. He never seemed impatient with me. I am so blessed to have him help me through this loan refinance process.

  They are very unorganized as a company. They were asking for paperwork from us up to two days before closing on the house. We gave them all the paperwork they needed a month prior to closing and they should have reviewed what they still "needed" then. Maybe even create a checklist for themselves! They also knew there were issues that needed to be solved with the IRS, consisting of myself having to call the IRS directly to fax information to them, but they waited until the last minute as well to have me take care of this issue. Very stressful situation!!!
