  I use to share branch at this location and I liked it so much that I decided to move my accounts here. Cynthia was my intake banker and she was SO WELCOMING, POLITE, PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONAL! She was able to make my transition VERY smooth and answered all of my questions thoroughly. CYNTHIA made me proud to be a part of the Unity One Credit Union family now! What are YOU waiting for?!? GO JOIN!!! They have NO MONTHLY CHECKING FEES OR HIDDEN FEES!!!

  Bring back the coin machine. How are all locations not gunna offer the same service. Drove all the way from Bryant Irvin during my lunch break.

  Daisy Tapia and Jose Ramirez are fantastic! All of their staff was extremely helpful, my car is now financed through Unity One and I am very happy with their service. Only downside, if you call in a payment they charge 10.00. All in all, a fantastic bank and outstanding staff.

  As a credit union I had the understanding as a member you aren’t charged with anything. WELL I been charged for things they don’t even charge at a regular bank!! I thought they’d be different than a regular bank but their not so might as well bank with a better bank and pay the ALREADY expected fees. Really disappointed

  Unrealistic paperwork needs. Tried to cash a small check written to my company name, brought in ein registration paperwork, a business card and my id all with the same address and names. Had to produce my dba paperwork all for a $100 check..

  Do not bank with them!!! Closing my account ...They are Always blocking my card so I will be unable to use ! And hours are horrible. They close for everything
