  Elliott was wonderful. He was very patient and even though it took several tries to get the other party to resolve the issue, he remained professional and courteous. If I ever have a similar problem, I would not hesitate to work with him.

  Tim Burke and his team at the Clackamas Branch were fantastic. Given that we applied for a refi right before the Christmas holidays and during COVID, Tim and his team got our application through and closed in a very short time frame. Way shorter than I expected. Tim was always available to answer questions and his communication skills were excellent. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs a highly competent professional.

  I just got a auto loan with Unitus , I can not adequately tell you how impressed I was with the loan department . I do not have the greatest credit and going to auto dealerships has been like pulling teeth. Loan officer Nicole looked past my credit score and asked pertinent questions and approved me on a loan that would work for both parties. I then worked everything through Arlo the loan processor instead of the dealership. Arlo truly went the extra mile and I ended up getting a great deal on a 2018 Nissan Rogue . If you qualify for membership, I advice you join . If you need an auto loan , give them a call . The process was streamlined and painless

  Wish I could give more than 5 stars! As a struggling small business we were unable to secure funding in the first round of PPP and had lost hope that we would be funded. Denise S. reached out to me late on a Thursday evening because she had noticed that we hadn't been funded and wanted to help me with a new application. She answered all my questions even through the weekend, Joda from the Beaverton branch got me a copy of a cancelled check to speed up my application and then when we got funded and I had to go pick up the cashier's check (YAY!!) Heidi and Lynette at the Clackamas branch got had it printed and hand delivered to my car so I could get out of the long line! Such AMAZING customer service. I have never had any bankers take care of us the way these guys have! We will be moving all of our accounts to them as soon as we can!! THANK YOU!

  Elliott K. Was MORE than helpful. He was very upbeat and even showed us a nifty way to memorize our numbers! He deserves a raise. He spent more than an hour just answering our questions without getting irritated ONCE. When I come back Elliott is who i will be meeting with. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful
