  I have been going to United One Credit Union since I was a kid, and plan on sticking with them. Throughout the years they have been so helpful and understanding. Recently I needed a loan fast and Josh Qualman was there able to help me every step of the way and made the experience smooth and easy.

  Been with them for years and have a ton of business loans with them. Very nice people. took away stars because the virtual only teller stuff is terrible. Lines are always long...and its super anoying. I already do my banking online but sometimes you need to use the tellers. With them making the majority of the tellers virtual makes it inconvenient.

Currently we do have the option to make appointments to come into the lobby of some of our branches for certain transactions as needed. We still ask members that routine transactions continue to go through our Personal Teller Machines.   I highly recommend Nicole Palama at United One Credit Union for any financial needs. She helped my husband and I from start to finish with financing our vehicle and made the whole process seamless and speedy!

  Extremely happy with my two visits so far. First one was to set up my account, Josh Qualman got me set up with exactly what I wanted, and then with an awesome upsell got me an great deal on bringing over my auto loan. Got my rate in almost half, got me some great benefits with it, and on my second visit had it all set up ready to go when I got there. I've worked in customer service for years before I started my current career, I can tell a good customer service rep when I see one, and UnitedOne definitely needs to know that Josh is one of the good ones. I'm so happy to be a member at a credit union that from the start wants to help me achieve my best, unlike that CFCU place that seems a bit big for its britches. I'm so glad my friend told me to go to UnitedOne and I really wish there was some sort of referral program so my friend could get a thanks for bringing me to this great place. Until then thou I think I will have to by him a nice meal, and tell all of my friends and family that UnitedOne is the best credit union around.
