Several days ago I published a rather harsh review based upon an experience I had while applying for an auto loan. My complaint and review brought an immediate response and pledge By Baxter Credit Union to make this bad experience be good. Several of Baxter's employees went out of their way to address what was probably an issue only by mistake but would have left a lasting image and bitterness. I want to thank Baxter's supervisors at the call intake center for forwarding this issue back to loan office and I especially want to give a huge shout out to Takeisha M, who not only let me vent my frustration un-interrupted for probably 5 minutes but then offered to review and accept my initial application. I am happy to say we have purchased our new going around town rig and couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you from my whole family Scott and Colette
