  I had 2 small loan that I would like to refinance and drop the rate down. My husband referred me to Shelby and he was friendly, honest, efficient and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to save some money from high interest.

  I chose this location and credit union initially based upon the Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend doing business with this branch and credit union. I really enjoyed the excellent customer service I received from Natalie throughout the entire process of becoming a member and refinancing a car. The credit union offers many different products so I definitely plan on utilizing more services in the near future, plus they have amazing rates (the best I could find). The branch is located in a convenient location, is very clean, and has a very personal feel to it. It's never been crowded when I've gone, but it's usually during mid day. Definitely check them out and consider giving them your business like I did!

  Shelby is a get it done kind of guy! If you want good service you should come to this location and ask for him. He makes things easy to understand and keeps the vibe chill! No pressure whatsoever! Love it

  Shortly after applying to be a member online, I received a phone call from First Class American to come in. I stopped by and ended up asking about applying for an auto loan. At first, I was very hesitant about applying because I didn’t have a great experience at a different credit union. Their staff happily assisted me throughout the entire process, making it feel so easy! Great customer service here! Highly recommend.

  I was helped out by Natalie today and she was great. Really quick, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped me open a savings account and even helped me get the app set up and connect my regular account to it. Then she figured out that she could get me a lower payment and interest rate on my car loan. 12/10 service.

  I am a new member and my first experience was outstanding with J.J.. I had many questions on getting my online account set up and she walked me through the entire thing. Very professional and really cared about me as a new member by thanking me multiple times. Again, if our are looking for a financial institution this is the one I think you should take a seriously look at as well! Thank you again!

  Natalie was a jewel! Very helpful and went above anf beyond the call of duty. She carries herself in a way that you really believe that she believes in putting customers first! I gave 4 stars though, as the loan process was unbelievably long compared to any other loan I've ever taken out previously. They really need to find a way to expedite the process as that's a place you can lose customers.

  Natalie was extremely helpful and incredibly quick in getting us any information that we needed regarding our auto loan. She was even willing to reach out to the dealership and ask some questions that we didn’t have the answers to.
