  Y’all used to be amazing at understanding if my account went negative. But recently all you have done is tack on fee after fee after fee. This is ridiculous. Making money off of a single mom who lost her job and can’t pay her bills. Congrats I hope that karma is worth it.

  Have always had good service with UHCU, but my local Kyle branch is the best! Everyone I deal with is always so nice. Real simple banking with no charges & so many options to help you save. I definitely recommend everyone to drop whatever money grubbing bank they're with & join UHCU!

  After years of putting up with various hassles and frustrations, I finally closed my account today and took my business across the street. The straw that broke the camel's back was being told one thing by telephone "customer service" (after a very lengthy hold) and then being told that the information given was incorrect when I went into the branch to open a new account for my son. Complete waste of time and resources, and that's not the first time it's happened over the last 10 years. They didn't seem to care that I've been a 10+ year customer, either. I was just a number to them I guess. I recommend avoiding this institution if you want efficient and proper customer service.

  I am so upset with the bankers honestly they showed no interest in keeping my business and were very unsure of the answers to my questions. I have banked here for 6 years and the tellers have always been amazing but the bankers need to improve their customer service skills.

  Me and my husband just started banking here a lil over a month we just don't know about this bank it just seems a lil off we are thinking of going somewhere else we are talking to our lawyer he said something not right ever pay check 200 taking out fell back on rent

  Staff are friendly, but don't seem to know what they are doing. They refused a digital photo of a document and told me to send "a scan" (but couldn't tell me the difference); Notary commonly refuses to notarize docs if the legal jargon is over her head (not your job; just verify the ID of the person signing). Long delays at the teller line, and to get any special services are common. Mobile app won't allow check deposits for the first 6 months of membership.

  I have worked with banks for years on loans, overdraft protection and special transfers between outside accounts, and have found that it's not when things are going great that a bank's character is revealed, but when they are not. I have been with UHCU for about 4 months now. During that time I had a problem with when my loan payment was processed which was a slight difference from what I had expected or communicated with the bank. I found Deena to be very helpful and UHCU worked according to my requests adjust my loan accordingly. Again, I have found it is the little things that make a big difference, and they demonstrated that they genuinely, honestly wanted my business. I recommend UHCU and encourage others to expect better from this bank and to look forward to personalized service.

  This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they jack everything up they couldn’t get the DocuSign figured out which out my account on hold and embarrassed me with my vendors after check bounce. I immediately closed my business account and will be utilizing another near by credit union. Please be advised

  Computer answers phone...states that UHCU is “putting personal service first”....keep me on hold for 20 min...computer come back on stating they are having problems...hangs up. Irony much? Obviously going down the street for my business.
