  Wow you get a title loan there and you ask for a pay off amount,I get asked why you want to pay it off,kinda getting personal i had to call Portland office to get information on my payoff amount, I take a check in from my credit union,oh you will have to wait for over two weeks,I guess there customer service is the worst I have seen I had to pay more then I borrowed what a joke.
