  Great customer service, great people. They're very patient and understand of any issues. And helped me save time, money and gas location wise. Really appreciate them and also recommend to others of united finance for any loan help that you need.

  It is what it is, very nice ppl. If you have no other choice for a loan, and need to establish positive credit they will get you a loan. Crazy high interest rate, and they add 15% onto the principal to make sure they make what they need if you refinance in 6 months to a year later. I could not get a loan anywhere else because I refused to use my credit ever before. So it is nice to atleast have someone that will help me establish positive credit. However if you have any other option, don’t do it.

  Super friendly a great fast service. This is our second loan from them and they always report to all 3 credit bureaus so this has helped us improve our credit score greatly.

  This place is a joke, they give you the run around on how they want to help you but actually don’t help you. Took multiple days, endless calls finally gets an answer.

  Excellent in explaining every detail in preparing a loan for me when nobody else would help me.High interest rate but the price I gotta pay to gain some good credit back.I'm very thankful and appreciative that United Finance is here.

  Great customer service, fast and efficient! Charges are a bit much, but if you're trying to boost your credit, it's a great option!
