  Why negative reviews? You're perfectly able not to go here if you don't want to! You also had a complete chance to read the terms and you're the one that signed up for the loan so what's all the bitching about? If you're not happy you did it to yourself don't take it out on the company with negative reviews

  We have been with United Finance for years and have no regrets.The staff has always been helpful and friendly. We even financed our second car through them after the great experience we have had with our first car loan.

  fast and friendly. I called Russ Yi on Wednesday afternoon and had my loan on Thursday morning. Russ explained the the paperwork very clearly and was fast in processing the loan and very clear about the penalties of default. Thanks Russ.

  I am a college student working two jobs not even asking for a $3000 loan and Russ turned me down before he even took my application!!!!!!!! I never been treated so badly and when you are asking for help this was they worse timing. I am telling everyone I KNOW never to go through this branch. And I am calling corporate

  This office has assisted me in so many ways. I appreciate them. The manager always try to assist in my financial efforts. This is a good supportive office. Will refer to others.

  Unfit staff. The manager has a temper and will cheat you with the contracts. Do not go through them! They are by far the worst people I've ever worked with. They will cheat anyone younger than 25 and illegally try to bump your APR to well over 40%. They tried this when I came in with my dad tried saying because I'm 21 and a credit ghost my APR would be 56% I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

  I've been with this company for about 4 years now. Always a pleasure to do business with and always reasonable payments. Highly recommended if you are looking for a loan for any reason.

  Selling a car to a man who financed here. I drove up from south of Portland to deliver the car and take the cash. After agreeing to this man's loan, this rediculous "finance company", couldn't get the paperwork done. I had to come back the next day.. 60 miles X 2..I was told to pick up the check at 10am.. at 11:30, I was STILL waiting. When I asked about this inconvenience, I was told RUDELY (jackass named Russ) to sit and wait. I remained standing.. this guy, get this, INSISTED I sit down. I told him I'd be in my car in the parking lot waiting. VERY unprofessional. Strangely controlling (why must I sit?), no consideration for the miles I drove, nor the time I was off of work while "Russ" tried to figure out how to fill out the paperwork. Don't do business with this outfit. 👎🏼👎🏼
