  Received a loan when I really needed it. Nice staff give reminder calls. No problems throughout the payment process and final payment. Rates just need to be lower especially now that housing and bank rates are very low.

  Great experience with this office. Professional staff with quality service. Beronica was efficient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She was very helpful. If i need another loan I will definitely go back.

  Beronica, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I have dealt with her and her company for years and she is not only experienced in what she does, but will also give you better options on the loan you are looking for. The rest of the staff are also friendly when I do call in to discuss my loan matters.

  I went to get a loan here and was very happy with the way I was treated. Excellent staff. Ask to work with Beronica, very talented and knowledgeable individual. She was very patient with me and broke down the loan for me in a way I would understand.

  Beronica is AMAZING !! She's very patient when my "old man" and I come in and give each other a hard time. I also love that the office is kid friendly and I am able to get in and out at a reasonable time !

  They have friendly customer service and are very knowledgeable about what they can and can't do for you. Monse in the Woodburn office is always extremely helpful and makes you feel like she really cares about you and your needs. I would, and do, recommend this business.
