Lori Curtin1UNPROFESSIONAL…best I can say! Not sure they don’t make them take lying lessons before being put with customers! They jacked us around and locked us into a decent rate then it’s oh maybe another 30 days.. but hey..it’s only another 30 days! But not REALLY sure because I’m STILL waiting for the top liar to call me back..THEY SHOULD’NT BE ALLOWED TIME OFF WHEN THEY HAVE SUCH A BACKLOG!

Jacquin Webb5What an AMAZING Credit Union! This specific branch has to house the most friendly staff in all of Nevada. You walk in and you will always be greeted with a smile and direction. Even Though my Banking Representative Allen is a Green Bay Packer fan, he is always great.
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback Jacquin! We sure do appreciate you! We'll be sure your review makes it back to Allen.

Nic Thompson3The ATM here never works for deposits. They also have the worst card insertion policy at ATM. Card stays in machine until you manually ask it to return. I've forgotten it twice because I've been so frustrated at the inability to deposit. Bank teller did give me a replacement for free though it was my fault for forgetting my card.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear your experiences have been frustrating, Nic! We're working on a fix and hope to have the issues worked out soon. If there's anything we can do to make things right, however, feel free to let us know: [email protected]

Jeremy Falconer2I was happy with United Federal credit union up until the time I paid off my auto loan. After five weeks, I had not recieved my title. After speaking with them, they said they have yet to release it and said that it could take several weeks for them to do so as they were backed up. A supervisor said she would look into it but never called me back. They also stated my address needed updated but refused to let me update my address over the phone. Only after sending a letter of demand for the title, did they finally release it. Prior to the issues of my title and changing my address, I had no problems and found them to be friendly. It's too bad that in the final weeks they ruined any chance of me using them again.

Dolores Velasquez5I love this location, I was having problems with my card to make a payment on eBay. I went to the branch inside Wal-Mart and they weren't able to help me, but today when I came in this branch I knew they would be able to help me and they did. He did everything he could to help me and solve my issue.
Response from the ownerGreat to hear, Dolores! Always happy to help and do what we can. Thanks for sharing and all the support!

Morgan Cusato1We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rita down at this location for our mortgage loan. We started the process back in April by getting pre-approved for a USDA loan. We got pre-approved for 250K and started looking for houses. The entire process with Rita was a headache. It was like pulling teeth to get answers from her, and she waited almost an entire week to tell us that they were requesting more documents. (She had previously stated that she would call immediately if any more docs were needed, she never called. We had to call her.) We found the house of our dreams, got the pre-approval letter and made the offer. It was almost immediately accepted. We then waited on the next step to take since this is our first home and first buying experience. We went down and sign documents on the loan and got our closing date to be June 30th. Once we had the closing date, we went ahead and ordered the inspections thinking it was the right thing to do. The inspections happened on Tuesday June 2nd. All of the inspections passed with flying colors so now our hopes were high. Rita knew that the inspections were happening on that day. So the next day rolls around and all of the inspections were paid for up front since most companies give you a discount on the price if you pay right away. We did. Rita calls around 2:00 PM to tell us that the USDA loan was getting turned down to to DTI. That part I understand. I am a banker so I know things like this happen. Needless to say we are now going through another lender with a FHA loan and still have a closing date of June 30th. The new lender met me at my job to get my income documents and has so far gone above and beyond. Rita needs to retire because she clearly does not care about A) keeping a customer or B) doing her job in a timely manner. DO NOT USE HER AS YOUR LOAN ORIGINATOR! She will beat around the bush and never give you a straight answer. I know that we have one loan through United Federal Credit Union to be paid of in August. It will be the last loan we ever do though this bank thanks to Rita. (BTW its our only loan out currently) besides our up coming mortgage.
