      Love banking with United Community Bank. The tellers and management are professional and efficient. But it's their customer service that deserves 5 stars. These folks make you feel welcome and treat you like family. Always a pleasure to drive up or visit inside.

      Horrible service, been trying to finalize home loan for months. We are going to lose our house since they can not finalize loan. Been in conditional approval for 5 weeks. Underwriters keep changing and creating wrong conditions. We respond in minutes they respond in months. No accountability for their errors. No urgency to resolving their mistakes even though we are losing thousands of dollars. We are out of time and will be losing the house in a week. They do not care. Just keep providing wrong information and not fixing it. Will be first time in 30 years I have lost a house purchase due to bank lack of caring or doing what it takes to complete loan. They will not return calls or emails, just say in underwriting.
