  The workers at this pawn shop have always been pleasant, fair and professional. I've never had to worry about the things I've pawned. They've always been returned clean and safe. I've been happy with all my purchases as well. I highly recommend 👌

  I brought them silver dollars and asked for a quote, they offered me $15 per coin, which is actually less than half their actual value, and stated that they aren't really worth much, but then sitting in their display were 8 of the exact coins I was trying to have a quote for being sold for $39.99. I'd recommend you just go elsewhere.

  Walked in there today, very nice and clean store Gary is awesome! Helped me out with my laptop and is very knowledgeable! Def a good pick, if you gotta go to a pawn shop this is the one. I got more for my laptop than the insult that tribal pawn was trying to offer me. You want the best deal, these are the guys.

  Great pawn shop! Very friendly and helpful staff! I was at Plaza Pawn north today and witnessed a customer being extremely rude and aggressive towards one of the employee’s for absolutely no reason.. he was treating him very poorly and wouldn’t stop trying to get a reaction out of the employee but the young man couldn’t have handled himself better!! I highly recommended this place and commend the young man for handling the situation how he did!

  Super store with great friendly staff. They have many super values in the Smokey Mountains! Gary is the best and very helpful to truly earn my business. Was really worth driving over 3 hours to get my special item at this shop!!!

  I found a Nikon D90 Posted on the Marketplace at an amazing price. The problem, I live in Tn, the camera was in N.C. The shop solved that problem. Gary made a video of the camera on, working, and took numerous pictures and answered every question I had promptly. They didnt try to sell me the camera, they informed me of the price, showed comparisons, and left it totally up to me. No Sales Pressure! That never happens. I was convinced their price was the best after a few days of my own research as well. Since the store is over 2 hours from my home, I didnt want to make that drive. They packaged the camera and its accessories, put insurance on it, and shipped it directly to my house. Best shopping I have ever done! The camera was just as promised. It arrived in so much bubble wrap, unharmed. I could not have been more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend them! I look forward to purchasing more accessories for my Nikon from them soon. We are very happy customers, all the way from Maryville Tn.

  This is a very good pawn shop out of all the pawn shops that I've been to so far they have been the nicest and very well knowledge based on all their product when it comes to movies games TVs radios iPods guns they know their stuff and I am very highly appreciative of that because usually when I go into a pawn shop they don't know anything about most anything in the shop this place definitely knows what they are talking about when it comes to everything that is in there. I drive from Mars Hill North Carolina all the way down to the shop 2 shop here and get anything I need from any kind of pawn shop they are my go-to I drive about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes to get there it is very well worth it. Their prices also be all of Asheville pawn shops. A Big thank to you guys and girls.

  This place must be awesome ,I've been to their sister store and they have not been able to help me at all whether I'm buying or pawning, buying I can get new at some of their prices, pawning I might as well give it to a Charity, I would get more out of my item,and my item being practically new, also when I go to review them on their webpage and click on review it won't let me wright a review, worse I've ever been in sad to say. Small towns I do say.
