THIS IS HOW BAKING IS DONE RIGHT! Unlike other banks in the area UCB has a appropriate amount of staff employed to quickly handle customer needs. With the number of available tellers and support staff 3 to 1 over other local banks. A very special mention of a Senior Customer Service representative Cindy Ramey who renders OUTSTANDING assistance at this Cleveland location. She listens to her customers and is beyond patient. Offers solutions to problems and is sympathetic when things go wrong. Job well done.

  11 years ago I came to Cleveland and needed a bank that I could trust and feel comfortable . United Community filled the bill. Friendly service, good banking practices. Though a modern banking facility, this bank has that home town feel where everyone knows and greets you when you enter. Their customer service representatives are superb and handle each customer's needs in a relaxed and friendly manner. The loan department works with you to get what you need, when you need. If you ever need to find a local bank, the United Community Bank branches are fairly widespread and will offer a complete array of services to accommodate your every need.

  My girlfriend just came out sobbing, we didn’t get there until close to closing and the issue she had was because this bank wouldn’t communicate with the one she’s trying to transfer money to, so she has 0 dollars to her name and is stressed and the employees responded by being rude and rushing her and blaming her for how the visit went.

  I know it's a pain but they treat everyone like family know you by your first name when you come in and are competitive on a national basis
