  I had a fantastic experience with Stockton mortgage company. Cindy Vandiver is fantastic and very good at what she does. I personally bought a Mobil home which is trickier than a standard home purchase. Cindy did a fantastic job making sure we were ready for any obstacle. I would highly recommend Cindy and her team at Stockton.

  Cindy Vandiver at Stockton Mortgage is THE ONLY person I will go to for my mortgage needs! Between Cindy, Hilde, and Wendy I have never felt more comfortable. They had a LOT of patience with me as it was my first time buying a home and made me feel like I was their only client, even when she was on vacation (talk about customer service). If you need financing she is who you need to talk to!

  The folks at Stockton Mortgage made financing our house as easy as it could be. Providing all that is necessary for a home loan can be a pain in the neck, but everyone was very pleasant and even went out of their way at times to get an extra signature in on time. Good folks to work with.

  Racee Greene, with the Lexington, KY Stockton Mortgage office was nothing short of amazing!! From the time I inquired about pre-approval, going through all the steps and obtaining the correct documents, etc- it was less than 4 days for me to be able to put an offer in our dream home!! Not weeks, days!! She helped me plan out a way for our family to buy our new house and move, before listing our current house to make the transition easier.
