  We been dealing with this UBH office since May 2021 it has been a disaster. Kept getting promises that home would be done by November 2021 then December 2021 and now we were left with a home that was done horribly. It's not move in ready and they made it impossible for us to get our water and sewer connected so it's not move in ready. Nothing being done at the home it's been months since they been by. As first time home buyers they really took advantage of us. I will not recommend them at all unless your buying a big expensive home then you will not be their priority. They did everything horribly and it has been affecting pur lives not being able to move in or home yet. I wish I could post pictures because it's ridiculous. It's really taken a toll on our family's future...

  We used the Rosenberg office to help us build our home in Jackson County. Things went smoothly with the financing and planning of the home. Communication during the build could have been better from our perspective (we’ve never built before, and would have liked to be more informed during the process). Many of the dates given to us were not met, however the home was still built in the timeframe we were given initially. We’ve been in our new home for a couple of weeks now and we really love it! We look forward to raising our kids here! Thank you UBH for making our dreams of building and owning a home come to life!

  First of all, when I used the restroom at the office, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. Despite the bad first impression we went and spoke with them a couple of times, we got a price quoted and proceeded to do the financing. Got a call saying that “the approval looked good” and set an appointment to get things moving (or so we thought). Turns out things were not so good after rushing through work and driving from Huntsville to Rosenberg…seems as though despite my wife and I both having credit scores above 700 and having $25k in equity in our land, we were told we needed to cough up a down payment that would put us just shy of 30% down before ground could be broken. That’s a phone call, not come on down and get your dreams stomped on two days before Christmas. It certainly did not “look good”. I was so shocked and taken back that I couldn’t think of anything other than getting out of there. It took about a day to fully wrap my head around what had happened, and the more I think about it, the angrier I am and the less it makes any sense. If you didn’t want to work with us, there was no need to run our credit and waste our time. There was certainly no need to set the expectation that we were about to be able to start moving forward with our dream home, only to find out we needed an insane amount of money down…seems like tote the note car lot antics to me. We’ll find someone else to work with.

  We love our new home from UBH. Financing was a breeze. The timeline for building was efficient, and our house was built exactly to our specifications. Aaron, Jackie, and Mario were very thorough and always just a phone call or text away. I would recommend using them for any future house building needs. We built the Newcastle and it is perfect for our family of 5.

  I can't give them five stars at the moment because our home isn't built yet but I did want to compliment the people we have worked with so far. Jackie out of the Rosenberg office has been our guide so far and has helped us immensely. She obviously has been in the industry a long time and knows the ins and outs. Let's face it, building a home from scratch is not like buying on Amazon - it's complicated and you need someone like her to hold your hand, educate you and make sure you know what you're getting into. I would also like to compliment Steven out of the San Antonio office who met us at our property and was very knowledgeable on the placement and details of our house which is one of the most important steps in the process. Kudos also to Cameron the Construction Supervisor who was also knowledgeable and just so darn nice. A good team that's been a pleasure to work with. Stephen G

  My husband & I decided to go with United Built Homes they have been there from the beginning until the end...They made all things happen for us to live in a beautiful home. There contractors/vendors also took care of any needs as possible to have all things in order in a timely manner. Great job to Lowell Pinnock excellent explaining all the documentations and his great way making us feel comfortable. Thank you! United Build Homes and employees to make our dreams come true..

  After I contacted them, they responded fairly quickly. I received an informative brochure by mail in just a few days also. I'm in the market for building a new home and, I like the simple floor plans that they offer. Plus, they offer personal customization so, you won't be stuck with a floor plan that you aren't comfortable with. I'm sure, that I'll be continuing to do my research and business with this company in the future.

  We just left United Built home, we meet with Armando and had a great experience. He answered all of our questions and was very informative and honest with finance options. Sent in our paper work to get approved. Mrs.Susan in the front was amazing with our almost 2 year old. Kept her busy while we went over all information. Thank you United Built Homes for a great over all experience.

  When my husband and I started looking at building a home we went back and forth between a double wide mobile home and having a house built. We talked with Rory Collins from UBH once before and when we finally decided to go with a home built we called Rory up. He had already went to the Houston office but came down to Rosenberg to help us. Which I am so thankful for. When ever I had a issue I would call or text him and he got it done. We have been in our home for 2 years and I can still call or text Rory and he will answer anytime and anything for me.

  Six years ago I hired United built homes to build our home. Lowell walked us carefully through every step helped us pick out the materials and the layout of the house. He warned us against certain products we thought we wanted and later found out his advice was the best advice. I can't say enough about the professionalism they displayed. After six year the house still looks great. Thanks Lowell
