Hannah was very helpful in assisting the creation of my account as well as answering my many questions during the process. Ryan was also very helpful with processing some transactions at the drive-through for this location. She tolerated much of my afternoon madness that day ;) Overall, I've been very satisfied with using the bank and look forward to doing continued business with them in the future.

J Ritchie1I've never been treated so poorly for not having an account somewhere, nor have I ever experienced such a belittling feeling for having a photocopy of my ID (my wallet was stolen and haven't made it to the DMV). I mean there is a quarantine going on, a global pandemic if you will, and who knows what state offices are closed or not at any given time lately. It still doesn't give a bank teller/manager the right to degrade another human, especially during these times when someone who is grateful enough to have a job is out there working because they're an essential worker. I was just trying to cash my check and they've done it before they just refused to do it this time, oh yeah I forgot to mention it was their check, my payroll check
