  Tellers a slow beyond belief and very rude. I've been coming to this location for a few months now and most of the time I have my 6yr old son with me. Today I asked if he could use the rest room like he has before and was told that for security reasons he could not. Also there are signs posted stating to wear masks, at least 3 customers were in this establishment without one on and no one said a thing. I'll just drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the other branch

  I miss the drive up of course, and understand they had to move locations. We are lucky they stayed in the neighborhood. Parking is provided 10 yards from their door, so VERY convenient. Everyone at this branch is always really nice and helpful.

  I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem, but Google maps took me to the old location. They're at Penrose, in the same building as the Starbucks. Your best bet is to park in the same garage as Giant customers do. Parking is free within an hour.

  They dont have online payment option in 2021. Every month i have to go to United branch for montly payment.

  Very bad decision to move the branch to this place, no parking and I was running to deposit some cash at almost 5 pm get there at 4:50 and look for parking. parked my car walked all the way to the branch and get there at 5 o'clock, and the cashier just said was closed. The people at this branch is rude and not helpful at all!
