  Great service at this branch. We love AFB used them at multiple duty stations. They have all the online banking and web based services too, but if you need to walk in and get assistance from a real person, they are great very helpful and kind snd courteous. Thanks

  When I first joined they were great. Then took bail out money they did not need, and started charging many weird fees. Even charging $1.00 obtain your balance at random atms

  The WORST BANK EVER!!! I hate leaving bad reviews. AFBank you need a complete overhaul! You have finally updated your online banking yet it still does not work properly, effectively, or efficiently. This is not a review if the listed location in VA, this is a review of AFBank as an entity. If you are a new service member please DO NOT use Armed Forces Bank.

  Just joined the first of the month and now thinking about switching banks again. I wanted to use this bank as a fun account however there is nothing fun about this bank. Hold time exceeds a hour unless you call first thing in the morning. Staff is completely clueless about everything. This is a second chance bank and thats it!

  I'm retired Air Force, myself, and I would advise any of my fellow vets, and current survice members, not to bank and/or do business with Armed Forces Bank, which. as a financial institution, is an absolute embarrassment to have their poorly run business be associated with our proud military members and families. I now bank with Bank of America, who treats members of our military and families with the highest honor and respect, unlike Armed Forces Bank, whoas employees are not trained in customer service, and they could care less about the needs of their account holders. Don't even think about banking with Armed Forces Bank!
