  I been dealing with this credit union over 15yrs. Best place to bank in Little Rock Arkansas. The staff are awesome & patient they goes far and beyond the call of duty.

  This is the only credit union I have access to in Little Rock and I absolutely hate it every time. The tellers don't have any sense of customer service, I have to be the one to speak because they are in such deep conversation about nothing that they fail to acknowledge you. When they are doing your transaction they will continue conversation amongst themselves. Definitely 1 🌟 👎🏾

  Customer service will only give your wrong information if you call them. I called for a payoff amount and received several different amounts. Then a letter of guarantee was send to my insurance which I negotiated the mount so that my camper would be paid off then united federal credit union Says o sorry we thought they as for somewhere amount not the pay off amount you still owe 1700.00 called customer service they said sorry can't help you. 😐 my insurance agent also called two times and received different amount and sorry one rep thought you said two day pay off not 10. This is after they placed my payment in the wrong account several time and I would get calls I was late but they require you to have a savings account which I ask them to close multiple time they said no I said my payment is going in the wrong account close the saving account that way you can't out it in the wrong account which they refused to do cost me late fees but the money was being taken out on time. Horrible customer service!!!!! Dont trust the numbers they give you! Never do business with this bank!!!

  We are sorry to hear about your frustration. No one here has any memory of any these things, and we can't find any of this information in our system. Could it be possible that you were dealing with another Credit Union and not United Arkansas Credit Union?

  The teller was extremely rude. I'm talking rude to the point that she 100% ignored me on three different statements. I could not even get a reply when asking how she was today. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! You should remember. I was the only customer in the building!! Maybe you should pay more attention to detail and we wouldn't be having this convo in the first place.

We are sorry for any negative impression we may have made and would appreciate a chance to do better! Edit* Since you are not a member of United Arkansas Credit Union, there are additional security measures that we are mandated to take in order to process your transactions. There are also conditions that your own Credit Union insists on that we are not able to override. We are sorry that you were not able to do what it was that you had originally wanted to do but are happy you were able to complete your transaction.

  Good luck to anyone trying to get money wired to their account. I have numerous times to no avail. Now I have to wait on a check through the mail which has cost me time and money. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone. I intend to close my account ASAP!

  I waited forever for my debit card, I went in and was told that not only had I received it, but that it was active. I had not received it. A lady told me she was going to get me a credit card because I have having issues with a finance co., that day she had my credit ran, and of course my credit score dropped & I received a letter about a month afterwards stating that I was denied for a loan. I have had to go into the bank several times, I went in one time and stated that the loan co.was trying to take out 6 payments at once,filled out paperwork to have the payment reversed, they allowed them to take it out anyway, and when I asked about the paperwork that I had filled out, all three look at each other. Horrible Credit Union, I have spoken with co-workers and they have many complaints as well. I wouldn't ever reccomend this place to anyone. As soon as I can, I will be closing both my accounts and going somewhere else.

  Greatest experience I’ve ever had with a bank! Extremely nice and super helpful. Fun and polite staff. Wish we lived closer, they would become our every day bank!

  Great bank friendly staff been with them over twenty years everone always treated me with respect and greeted me and my grandkids with much love and concern on any matter i had to this day hands down all good experience

  One of the best financial institutions that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have never had a problem with any of my accounts and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

  Some of the tellers at this branch were loud, rude and one were even eating snacks while laughing so much that crumbs were dropping out here mouth. I would not advise this bank unless you like unprofessional females.
