      Very shady operation. I took out a camper loan and they hid a secretive “insurance protection” that came directly out of the principal of my loan. I would have never agreed to this. Now I am jumping through hoops to get this canceled and their VP is totally unresponsive. Member there for 20 years and get treated total garbage. Not a way to treat any customer for that matter.

      I stopped in to get a roll of quarters. They asked if I was a member (I’m not). They said sorry - we won’t swap your $10 bill for a roll of quarters! I guess they don’t understand that non customers are prospective customers. I went down the street to Capital CU where I’m also not a member and got my quarters and a smile.

      Been with them from way back when they were Kaukauna Credit Union. Never had any problems. Glad they have opened a few more in the area.

      Mess up my friends Gap application for his loan and screwed him over. DO NOT GO TO THEM! The loan officer that mess up hid behind other members.
